Due to the sensitive biological nature and strict purity requirements of laboratory research materials (including Retatrutide, Melanotan II, and BPC-157), opened or unsealed product vials cannot be returned for resale or reuse to maintain lab safety standards.
If your shipment arrives with damaged packaging, broken vials, or compromised security seals, please notify our team within 7 days of delivery. Include photographic proof of the damaged shipment and package tracking details for immediate evaluation.
In the rare event that an analytical discrepancy is identified during your laboratory testing, submit the corresponding Certificate of Analysis (CoA) or testing log to our research team. Verified quality deviations are eligible for full batch replacement or credit.
Approved refunds or account credits will be processed within 5 to 7 business days following inspection approval. Refunds will be credited back via the original payment method utilized during checkout.
For verified order errors or defective shipments caused by MKM Biolabs, return shipping and replacement dispatch costs will be covered entirely by us. Unapproved return shipments will not be accepted at our facilities.
